Outdoor
Circuit Training classes provide a complete body workout encompassing
cardiovascular conditioning, core and muscular strength, agility,
balance and flexibility.
Classes
are offered in high and low impact formats involving the use of
resistance tubing, free weights, body weight, and natural props.
All levels of ability are accommodated.
Sessions
are 8 weeks long and meet at various locations throughout Santa
Cruz County. The duration of each class is 60 - 75 minutes.
